Stunning little black cocktail dress. Laundry by Shelli Segal. Size 2 Purchased, tags removed but never worn. Measures 15 1/2" armpit to armpit. 13 1/4" at base of seam under bust. 30" length, armpit to bottom hem. Sheer black polyester layer over peacock blue 100% silk lining. Fitted bodice with double straps. One lace, one sheer black. Flattering A-line drop with lots of pleats. Light and airy ruffle hem. Material is not stretch.
