tlhart43 No problem. The upcoming months with new Funkos is going to be interesting. They are cancelling some, and others have been coming in really late. Probably sitting in shipping containers. We just received our Breast Cancer Awareness Funkos yesterday, and it is the end of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Still haven't received this seasons Football Funkos.

tlhart43 @lisabhogan Not sure why blank :). It shows on our side. Here is what the message said: Hi, Due to the amount of dinnerware, we could not ship it all with the label provided by Poshmark. Therefore, you will receive the Soup Tureen via the Poshmark label shipped USPS Priority Mail The remaining pieces had to be shipped via UPS. UPS will take longer to arrrive. We provided the tracking numbers in our private message, but don't want to post here in public forum.

Can Poshmark assist you in giving me the UPS fragile shipping tracking numbers for all of the boxes in order to ascertain arrival times pursuant to sale terms? Would you like my email address or cell number?

tlhart43 Poshmark will not permit exchange of phone numbers or email addresses. I did place the info in the box you should receive in a couple of days via USPS Priority mail. You can then look up the tracking numbers and see when the other three boxes UPS will arrive.

tlhart43 The other three boxes already shipped UPS. Not possible to ship Priority due to weight and cost. Even shipping UPS we lost a lot of money on the shipping costs. Your payment was a nominal amount and covered the first priority box. We had to pay approx $75 for UPS ground. Priority would have been hundreds.

lisabhogan @tlhart43 Your actions are contrary to the company's written terms and your listing. The terms explicitly state that "All Poshmark orders are shipped using expedited USPS Priority Mail For a flat rate of $7.67. Once your seller ships, your order will be delivered in 1-3 business days. Poshmark will also email you a tracking number once your package begins tracking." Your seller's page for this item says "$7.67 expedited (1-3 day) shipping on all orders."

tlhart43 We had no options available that we could see as there was no way, properly packaged, it could ship in one box, which was only Poshmark label choice. Poshmark is new to China etc. There pricing structure is based on clothing pieces. They will eventually change I'm sure, but we took the best option, other than cancelling the order, which was an option presented to us by Poshmark. We are not new to reselling, have been doing this for over 12 years.

tlhart43 Hi Lisa, It appears you are not happy with the choices we made on how to deliver the set of dishes that Poshmark did not provide us adequate shipping options. Perhaps we should not have listed them in the first place on Poshmark. If you like we can have UPS return the three boxes to us, you return the soup turret when it arrives and we will cancel the order. We do not want an unsatisfied customer before the item even arrives. We apologize for any inconvenience.

lisabhogan @tlhart43 I received the priority box on 5/25/22 and the other 3 boxes on 5/27/23. Everything arrived well packed and without damage. I've tried to accept the order via the poshmark app but the schmidt porcelain is not listed under my account or purchases. I've sent a request for assistance to customer service with screenshots of the blank account pages and wrote that I accept the packages. I'm also not receiving private messages. That's why I'm still posting on this public board.
