Retro 80's Cape Sweatshirt Lace Vintage Sweater Colorful Paisley!

This lovely vintage blue sweater has a v cut accented paisley print material that has a lace edge down to a matching bow. The material goes into the padded shoulders and over to the back and is a cape. This is in excellent condition and is sure to be the retro chic style is unique and hard to find. Vintage size M measurements are 39” chest and 22.5” long. A-7
