maastricht @shawnprice582 hello, no stretch and arm to arm is 21 in length is 32 in. Sides are adjustable with snap buttons to make waist tighter fit. It is completely waterproof and fully lined with. Material is poly blend, anything else just let me know. Thanks

maastricht @shawnprice582 I wear a medium in this, my daughter at 170 and bust 38, wearing a heavy sweatshirt could fit, but for a little more room would prefer an XL. Hope that helps

shawnprice582 @maastricht My other coats and jackets are all large. I only had 1 other Columbia brand item and it was a light jacket. It was true to size I dont recall what the material was though.
