amyjolewis0712 @beach_styles I see you know what your doing on here, I'm new at this, I'm stuck with a question, I need and additional shipping label, I printed the one that came with the purchase order but I need an additional 6lb. label for a separate box. how am I able to get that?

beach_styles @amyjolewis0712 Holy moly that’s a heavy box💛 Well with one order and one purchase you’re only able to have one label to print out for shipping You can cancel the order and change the weight of the item by selecting print new label and wight option💛💛

amyjolewis0712 @beach_styles I did see in frequently asked questions its says you can print additional labels for whole sale orders and split the order in to boxes, however I don't see the additional labels choice.

beach_styles @amyjolewis0712 well if you go into the order scroll down to the very bottom it says print new label or problem with label there should be options there but I haven’t heard of printing additional labels just a heavier one if you need it You can always contact the person, and split up the order in a few different bundles and offer her the option The only problem is if you change the label to a heavier option it comes out of YOUR earnings
