Loooove this skirt!!! This is a Vintage Crushed Velvet skirt in beautiful condition, with no stains or flaws. This is a high waisted skirt in a gorgeous wintry dark cranberry color with a feminine and flattering ruffled hemline. Does have a straighter fit, but flairs out just a tad.
