Silver opaque fabric with two swoops of fabric from one shoulder across opposit hip on both sides. Silver glitter on swooping sash fabric pieces. T-shirt style sleeves. Shoulders have strap with button. Definitely meant for Halloween costume. Too thin to be a normal dress.
