Marc by Marc Jacobs High Wasted “Balloon” Skirt

High waisted, functional buttons, the hem on the bottom come up! This skirt is NOT tight... more like a statement price with a “balloon” fit. Pleated in front with pockets on both sides. There is a small stain on the front right (see picture). Body: 98% cotton, 2% polyester and trim is 100% cotton. Other then the stain in excellent condition.
