Vintage Ms. Sugar Tan Cap Sleeve Dress

Lovely vintage Ms. Sugar tan cap sleeve dress. Comes with a little matching belt to tie at the waist. Size XS or Small, go by measurements as vintage sizing is much different than regular sizing. Measurements laying flat: 16” bust (meant to be flowy), 11 1/4” waist (stretches to 16”), 18 1/2” hips, 39” long. A few tiny snags/marks here and there but it’s in beautiful condition. Comes from a smoke free, dog friendly home.
