I TRADED with her but the items she sent me were NOT in the CONDITION PROMISED. She said have felt EMBARRASSED and we agreed she would ship an extra pair of LEGGINGS to compensate me. Leggings were never shipped and are now FOR SALE at her CLOSET. When I complained, she BLOCKED ME ! 💥💥💥 When the package I shipped her was delayed, I had spent over 1 AND 1/2 HOUR over the phone with USPS just to help her. babalu2017 I can't stand liers. She seemed very ashamed and concerned when I complained about the condition of the items she sent me as for our trade. She told me I could ask for something from her closet to compensate for it. I then asked for a cheap 8-dollar leggings because I did not want to abuse her good faith.

babalu2017 She wrote me a positive review since what I shipped her was exactly as I described. On the love note she wrote me she mentioned that my gift was already shipped (she was referring to the leggings that are now for sale at her closet). Nothing was ever shipped - and that is considering that what I asked was a very cheap item. She does not answer my messages and have me blocked. DO NOT BUY FROM HER 🚩

babalu2017 Just for full disclosure, I kept pictures of all the conversations I had with this lady so everything I am saying here can be proved. Conversations include me telling her that I spent over one hour over the phone talking to a USPS representative because her order was delayed.... no comments on that ...

babalu2017 I had spent hours on the phone with the postal office to help her when her package was late. I shipped everything exactly as described on our trade and sent her an extra gift... In exchange I got items not as described, a bunch of lies, and was blocked. What you guys think about that?

lovespitbulls I'm sorry you had to experience that. Why can't people just be honest? My mom always taught me to treat others how I want to be treated and I wish everyone would do that! I've had similar experiences with sellers on here. I've never traded, but I bought a pair of boots and realized that the seller sold them to someone else, blocked me, and never canceled the order!

lovespitbulls Then, quite a few times, I've bought something that looked good in the pictures and when asked, told me there weren't any defects, but when I opened the package it was a whole different story! Then they would try to accuse me of intentionally damaging what I bought!

babalu2017 @lovespitbulls My God I am sorry to hear you had to go through those things as well. One of the leggings this lady sent me was used and dirt in the crotch- like one could tell she worked out in it without wearing underwear. That too disgusting. I sold that item but washed twice before shipping it - I don't know how someone is not blushing by shipping something in this condition (so easy just wash the item before shipping). Some people are just pigs.... unbelievable

lovespitbulls @babalu2017 Ewwww!!! How nasty! I know what you mean! I've gotten some dirty things too, but never that bad. I got a purse that had dirt and tobacco or weed particles all inside and the woman said it was her daughter's, but that her daughter doesn't smoke anything, so I had to tell her that maybe her daughter was hiding something from her! I've also got a hoodie that was posted as new, but had bleach stains and something crusty on it, so maybe it was worse than the pants! Lol!

And sometimes people who say all the right things turn around and do very wrong. Sorry you had to go thru this. I know it’s not even about the leggings at this point, but good for you for making people aware so they don’t have to deal with the same stuff. 🤦🏼‍♀️

babalu2017 @steph12mickle exactly, at this point a 5 bucks leggings is not the point but the whole story - one of the leggings involved in the trade was disgustingly dirt in the crotch area because she worked in it with no underwear.... anyway, I thought you all may want to block and stay away from that woman. wendyramos96 I can’t believe someone would do that! I have been approached by several people on poshmark that want you to send them a private email outside of poshmark for a specific item they are “interested” in. And even offer to pay extra if you’re willing to hold the item for them. But then blackmailing me by sending a personal check with no fundings at all in it. And saying that I “stole” the non existent money and threatened me.

I've seen some people referring to do transactions out of Poshmark because fees here are too high - these people many times are legit and just want a discount in the item. But story is surreal, I am sorry you have to experience that here. Please block the lady I am mentioning here, she is going to continue to screw people if we don't block her. queenofcakes @babalu2017 yes girl I FEEL your pain. It's exactly this reason that I'm choosing to no longer trade with people who aren't already established on Poshmark. It's just way to risky now! Too many scammers! I've had several run ins and Feb isn't even over yet. It's quite ridiculous and SHAMEFUL. Block button is my bestie this year forsure 🙄

jessica652 I’m sorry that you were lied to. The same thing happened to me also.. I purchased a pair of Gucci boots from a lady who claimed to have shipped them out .. I never got a tracking number. Poshmark sent her a shipping reminder and she still held on to the lie that now-her “husband” shipped them and didn’t wait on a receipt.. she claimed she went to the post office to see what “happened “ .. I eventually got my money back..
