Gorgeous high heel rain boot with leather collar and gold plated heel. Waterproof, great for fall/winter and so unique! You can wear them with or without the leather collar for two different looks. Super comfortable and easy to wear. Condition: Overall excellent used condition. Slight marks on underside of leather harness (not visible when worn) and on the gold plating on the heel. See photos.
