Ann Taylor cocktail dress, has detachable straps!

Ann Taylor brand cocktail dress. Two tone blue, with main body of dress a dark blue and attached satin cummerbund is a lighter blue. Dark blue outer material is gauze-like over satin lining. There is a side zipper and built in bra area. Comes with thin, detachable straps that can be added (please see pics). EUC. Comes from a non smoking home. 🚭
