lillygirl72 I’m interested in a blue M romper & was wondering if you could lay it flat & measure across the bicep area. I’m assuming there’s no stretch right? I’m 5’3 & pretty small but muscular. I’m a 32 D. I’ve read that this style runs a sz. smaller right? So if I’m usually a small I’ll order a medium.
