Petite Navy Dress with Lace Long-Sleeves

This dress is brand new and has never been worn. The sleeves are a pretty lace and 3/4 long. The tag was crossed out at the store, as shown in the last picture, because it was an online return. There is a slip underneath and the material is great quality. Perfect dress for a holiday event!
