ronronc @niki270 hi! The bust is 13 inches and the waist is 15 inches laying flat. Keep in mind, the bust is adjustable with the tie in the back and this fabric can stretch a little bit!

ronronc @niki270 on the website it says it works best for A-C cup sizes and from the reviews I saw some people who ordered a size small and had 34” bust. The back does adjust because it is tied. Let me know if you have any further questions! :)
