NWOT Dress Tunic Navy and White

This is a clean and classic navy and white dress. The material is thin and I purchased it as a Large piece which feels accurate. I just never wore it and it’s sitting in my closet looking for some love ❤️. The middle seam below your chest is 14 inches flat. From shoulder to the middle seam is approximately 18 inches.
