Loft brand Cold Shoulder Ruffle Sweater

Such an adorable cold shoulder sweater by Ann Taylor Loft. Size Medium, see pics for measurements and fabric content. Navy blue with white pin stripes. I wore this once last spring and got a ton of compliments on it. It no longer fits me so time to let it go. Looks so cute with white capris and wedges or with skinny jeans. Great used condition.
