Orig $150 gorgeous classic trench dress hidden buttons on one side self belt (removable) tagged 10 may also work for an 8 this could also be worn open as a vest giving you many flexible options EUC LOVE LOV ELOVE the khaki dress model pic is just showing another dress worn as a vest this one does have clear buttons only on the one side but I think it could still work styled like this too - just a thought :)
