I really like this I’m about to move to Vancouver Washington and I heard it is very rainy and cold is this I said just the blue jacket for that sort of weather for a rainy 40° weather is so I hope you except my offer thank you very much

@melissasteve77 Good evening, the shell is nylon which isn’t water proof. The jacket isn’t a super heavy duty jacket but it does keep you warm.
