jennylaura24 Hi, I purchased a Patagonia Nano Puff jacket on October 14th. It said estimated delivery by October 22nd. Today is October 26th. Any idea when I'll receive my item? Or did it get lost in delivery? Thank you.

jennylaura24 Hi, any word on my purchase that was supposed to arrive by October 22nd? When I looked it last has an update that it was supposed to depart from Henrico, VA, but nothing after that. That was over a week and a half ago. Concerned that I'm not going to receive my purchase.

ophelias_posh @jennylaura24 I opened a package research case to see if they can locate it. I don’t have any control once the package leaves my possession. It’s all up to USPS to locate it. They should have a response in a couple of days.
