@shoeaddict911 I have the measuring tape and it’s looking like it’s really close to about 20 inches with some give - also keep in mind I believe that it is about 3% spandex the size does state small- I attached pictures showing where the measuring tape is laid. Hope that helps! It’s a really hot piece
