Fringe collar Material: 100% cotton Size on tag: L Measurements: From top of shoulder to hem - 20.5” Width - 20.5” Care instructions: Acrylic paint combined with textile medium is used to muake the design water resistant. I recommend spot cleaning and hand washing as this is the most gentle method and will best preserve the design.
