Hello Jennie. I sent you a message on this before but I am sure you don't recall. So I will refresh you. I signed up Patty James to Poshmark, she has already received 2-3 different items that she bought. However, neither one of us have received the $10 sign on bbn bonus once her first order cleared thru. I was wondering if you could help me figure out why and get it corrected?

@michelesmith440 I can’t help you get corrected you would have to send your information to PoshMark under PoshMark support and then you can email them
You would have had to send her a code with your name for her to use when she signed up for the bonus to work but maybe they will just assign you both a credit if you ask

@michelesmith440 the codes are under “refer a friend “ and send them a message if you send it that says you referred her to join and if you join you get $10 to buy something and you would have received a message that your friend signed up -they also ask you to help your friend get started and send you a message to say hello to your referral
If you didn’t send her your code under refer a friend maybe she didn’t use the code when she signed up
