Art Deco Ring

This ring is very different and its something fun to wear,when I bought it I was told that it was gold plated ,but I don't see that.Iam not going to lie about anything I sell,so its costume jewelry.The green part isn't a stone as I was told I was getting,I have a few of these already from same situation...Its not right.
