buffalo plaid dress or lightweight coat

Lightweight wool in new condition. Custom sewn for me by a seamstress, but I only got to wear it once and now it's too small. Fully lined. Can be worn as a dress or as a coat in crisp weather (not cold). Not insulated. It is in PERFECT CONDITION & I wouldn't part with it if I fit into it. Size 10-12.
