Stephanie, The color is an ivory, off'white, not a tan. The outer shell is 100% cotton and ling is acetate and polyester. I apologize for not posting measurements. I will take them in the morning and post them for you. I'd keep this but sadly, have outgrown it and already bought a bigger size. "What ya gonna do!"

Understand, it is not a heavy raincoat. Great for Spring through Fall rainy seasons. Thank you for your interest. It is in pristine condition.
