Where it is peeling on the inside, is it sticky?

@ewalls07 Hi it is peeling on the inside of the side pocket inside the bag. The last picture shows the peeling. No it is not sticky at all and I was tempted to go ahead an peel the rest off, but I thought it might be hard to explain.
