Royal Worcester Pekin Gravy Boat&Saucer

Rare vintage Pekin pattern sauce boat with under plate.Gold guilding around edges. Pieces are so fine,they are see-thru. Both excellent condition. Plate measures 9” x 6”; gravy boat measures 8" handle to rim and 4” deep. SOME HISTORY: The Worcester Porcelain Factory was founded in 1751 by Dr John Wall. Royal Worcester marks incorporating a crown above a circle were first introduced in 1862 and combined the number 51 within the circle signifying the year Dr Wall founded the original company.
