Peasant top with a v- neck, beaded ties, ruffle neck, gathered sleeves, flowing bottom and asymmetric opening with tie. Looks great paired with black pants or skirt. Approx measurements 21” armpit to armpit, neck to waist 23”, from shoulder seam 23” From my personal closet.
