IN STYLE Black Velvet Dress. Solid, short, form fitting dress with a cold shoulder cut, round neck, tank straps. 100% Polyester. I bought it in a boutique NYC - only worn twice but it’s a cheaper material dress (comparable to Forever21) so it’s not the best quality. Few loose threads. Approx Measurements: Pit to Pit - 13.5” Length- 39” Waist- 12” 🍍Most (not all) 3/$25 items are towards the bottom of my women’s listings
