A knit formal gown featuring a sweetheart off-the-shoulder neckline, cap sleeves, princess seams, and a mermaid silhouette. 96% polyester, 4% spandex Bought from Forever 21, brand Libian Color: black Size: Medium CONDITION: see pictures for condition of dress. 1 inch hem on the bottom. Hot glue was applied to the underside of the 'off-the-shoulder' straps to help them stay in place, then removed but the marks remain. These marks are not visible when the dress is on. Tiny snag on front of dress.
