Vintage 80's 90's Sheer Black Top Jacket Lace Silv

Here for your consideration is a lovely vintage blouse/jacket. I think with the style it can be worn open as a jacket with a tank top under it. It has a lapel like a jacket and is lower neckline, but it also looks nice as a blouse as shown. It is marked size 14 and poly rayon blend. Here are the measurements with the dress flat and taken from one side. Shoulder to shoulder 17.5" arm pit to arm pit 20" shoulder to hem 23 shoulder to end of sleeve 25.5" This is in good clean condition
