Beautiful (and warm) vintage pleated skirt with belt loops. Fully lined (looks to be satin or maybe a smooth poly). Super cute and warm! I'm only selling it because it's slightly too small for me. 28" waist, 38" hip, 23 1/2" length. (See photos for measurements.)
