The fit is loose & swingy. The Small is NEW but I tore the tag off thinking I was keeping it. Perfect condition and will look fabulous with black knee or ankle boots. :) Hits above the knee. 34" L, 11" V neck, 23" pit to pit, 28" flowy sleeves (from shoulder to Slv).
