npelance1 @jisj2013 I’m so sorry, I totally measured this, and got distracted when I grabbed my phone 🤦🏼‍♀️. I’m pretty sure the shoulder is 15.5. Yes, the dress stretches. The mesh sleeve is roomy, but no stretch ❤️
