maxsr300 @raquelevita Hi there, it really depends on what you consider is prisitne, all the boots i have are in pristine condition and i purchase them all at the Timberland store and they are never tried on or used with no scratches or faded spots or any other defects, but i have a question? you purchased them from Timberland themselves and they were defective? this is shocking because you literally ordered them directly from the brand itself and still came with defects
