ksanten25 Darcy, I am sorry you had problems with the delivery of your purse. I used an old Amazon box I had and the label provide by PoshMark so I’m not sure what happened. I did contact PoshMark and they asked you to reach out to them to resolve this. Once it is worked out I hope you will update my rating before the 30 day window to change it passes. - Ksanten25

darcybenford @ksanten25 I did reach out to them and no further replies have been received. There is a 2nd package sitting at the post office with the same issue. I’m getting the losing end because it’s a purse that I’ve already paid for. So unfair

ksanten25 I agree it is unfair for you. I am sorry this is happening to you. At the same time I don’t think giving me a bad rating is fair either. I screen shot your reply and just sent it as a reply to the response I got from PoshMark. I am doing what I can to assist. I hardly think that’s worth going from a 5 to a 1. This is going to impact my future sales opportunities.

When I was checking to see which bag it was I realized I accidentally listed the bag as NWT (the bag is in great shape, but it’s definitely not NWT). I must have hit the button by mistake. It was not my intention to misrepresent the bag. Do you still want it? I wanted to give you the chance to cancel the order before I ship it. I’m very sorry for the confusion/inconvenience!
