icps @loribearz what you have is the Air Jordan 7 "Orion" so include that text in your title for sure! That shoe used is still around $100 value if in good condition, up to $200+ if it's still new. I think your price is a little low but I'd also accept an offer at that price some days if I was seller...

icps @loribearz I'd personally clean em up a little and list for $100 hoping for $65-80ish but if you don't want to clean them you can prob still start at $80 and get offers in the $50-65 range. Might get a buyer at $80 as is if you want em gone leave it at $50 and shouldn't sit too long.

icps @loribearz mild soap and a soft brush... if you're going to be cleaning a bunch there are specific brand cleaners and tools made for the job but for one pair just mix some laundry or dish soap and water and use an old toothbrush or similar.

icps @loribearz get the number off the tongue size tag of the other ones it's the number just under the size on the Orion's that is six digits a dash and three digits. There are a few variations but 90% will be in that same format.

icps @loribearz laces get changed out, I have about 100 I buy in bulk but you can get a new set or even sell without, you just want to stay with the original style of flat or round and count the eyelets to get the right length.

icps @loribearz I missed that last question... I've done a few without laces, as a buyer I don't care but as a seller I've had folks with the expectation that $5-10 off the 'value' should be given to replace them at their cost.
