This is a antique/vintage, 14K gold cigar band style ring with lustrous pearl on a chain. Size 3.5, see pic. Elegant beautiful solid gold, with pearl. This is an exclusively unique design, cannot find anything else like it. I would not be surprised if it was Custom Made for my Great-Aunt.;) All of my vintage is from my private family collection. Assuming pearl is real based on not only how it looks but that it is on a 14k ring. :-) A sophisticated & magnificent little ring, a treasure!💍

positiveshine59 @daneosaur hello, thank you & I agree. 😀This is so awesomely outstanding & unique, a real precious treasure. My great aunt had many wonderful things, she always found the most beautiful things! She never married, & she traveled internationally which was unusual for her day & age. She picked up so many stunning things on her trips & locally too. Most of them were never used & just stored away. I find a lot of joy that new owners are finding joy in her items now, & I am sure she would too..:-)
