Gel insole at the heel. All black exterior that I ordered online for work. They will fit a 10.5 better than a true 11M person. I could not get a day's wear as they were not long enough. I did walk a short time on the back of the left shoe. EUC. The pictures do not do them justice. If ordered before 2 pm & post office open w/o holiday shipping can occur in 1-2 days.
