What is the measurement? Collar to hem 21 in? How about bust (arm pit to arm pit) and sleeve length? What kind of material? Wool? Cotton? Thanks

@ztleng Here are answers to your questions. Collar to hem is 23in, armpit to armpit is 18.5in, and sleeve is 22.75in. Material is 100% Rayon. It’s practically new, only worn twice!
