@tuttibai15 This is wind & water resistant, not waterproof does not have seam sealing. Good for fashion outerwear, not for skiing.

It will expand w/elastic on sides. To be sure of comfort at yr waist measurement, I can stretch/check it. If not urgent, I’m out of town till 10/5, but am happy to do a stretch/check of it when am back & let you know. It is a beautiful jacket….

Thank you for reminder!! My flt was delayed & just home later yesterday.. I checked & waist/lining does stretch to at least 42-43” so would have room for sweater or orher clothing underneath.
