jayybee89 @audratuohy1 Hey there! 😊 Depending on the size she is I would go up one size just so it won’t fit snugged. I like my coats/jackets a little more on the loose side than fitted so maybe a size up would work. The material of this jacket does not provide that info regarding if it’s water resistant. I have not had any issues with any of my buyers. They have all told me that they Love them!!
