vtg Lanz Original dress flannel plaid S M POCKETS

Red black and white plaid, removable collar, satin bow at the neck, shoulder pads. (See hanger pics for collar removed.) Lower area of the back is zip closure, upper back is button closure. And it has POCKETS! Made in the USA, soft flannel. Size tag is faded but this is approximately a modern size 4 or S/M. Flat lying, approx: 19” pit to pit, 29” shoulder to hem.
