Pocketed Dress

Preloved, worn only a few times, great condition. 2 front pockets. Waist across 17”, pit to pit 21”, length from shoulder 35” (measurements are approximate), not totally sure if material as I couldn’t find a tag but it’s soft and some sort of cotton blend. It is wrinkled from storage. Colors in pics are true, unsure what color to say? Emerald green?
