Polka dot off white blouse, size L

Sleeveless off white flowy blouse with black (flocked) polka dots, super feminine and sophisticated! The tag has been removed, but the blouse is like new, you can tell by the buttons; they are not scratched or tarnished. Measures 20” pit to pit with 26” long. I wish this one was my size, it’s beautiful!
