healthy4life @roughdraft1002 excellent question! I just got them out and felt it thoroughly. The insole is a think memory foam. The arch feels thicker. I have a pair of sandals by Born too. In comparison the slippers do not have as strong of arch support. I gave a pair to my Mom (who has foot trouble and needs support). She LOVES them! I hope that helps 😊

healthy4life @travelgramshop I cannot say for certain, I didn’t have them in my size. They have very thick padding and soles. I gave my mom a pair, she loves them and wears them all the time (but not 5continuous hours). I’m sorry I cannot say from personal experience.
