Susana Monaco Gwen Ruffle Top Dress - Surf

Susana Monaco Flutter Tank Dress. 86% nylon (supplex), 14% Lycra. Very flattering ruffle detail on chest. I have this is multiple colors because I love the cut so much, but it’s time for them to find their new homes! Also very versatile - see photo of layered with sweater (probably only for the small chested folk!). I believe the color is "surf" - not sure if the stock photo is the exact color (that photo appears more blue - this dress is more "aqua").
