sleigh005 @carol_carlton Hi Carol! I’ve reached out to poshmark support about this and have received confirmation of my inquiry stating it could take up to 48 hours to hear back. In the mean time I’ve searched their faq and found that in the app to change your address... Go to your Account Tab Select My Addresses Select Change Edit an address or choose to Add Address Select Done

sleigh005 @carol_carlton I received 2 separate orders from you for the same product. The first one order I shipped out earlier yesterday to your Tacoma address. I’ve not shipped the second item as the label posh provided still has your old Tacoma address.

sleigh005 @carol_carlton at the time that I shipped the first item out, I wasn’t aware of the issue with the address. The second order came in about 6-7 hours later, which you notified me at that time of the shipping address issue but the label posh provided, still listed the same address that I previously shipped the other item to.

sleigh005 @carol_carlton No worries, Carol! Okay, so you’ve got one of these en route to the Tacoma address. It went out yesterday with USPS 2-day priority shipping. So, I’d imagine it will likely be there by Monday. Does that work for you? And I’ll just cancel the second duplicate order I got from you later, correct?

sleigh005 @carol_carlton go into your orders tab and select the item that isn’t marked as shipped... You can change your shipping address directly from the order page. Please note that you can only update your shipping address once per order before it is shipped. In the app: Go to your Account Tab Select My Purchases Select the unshipped order Select Show More Select Edit next to the Ship To information Select an existing address or Add Address

sleigh005 @carol_carlton Hi Carol. If your address is updated, you could re-purchase this item and select your new address. However, if you haven’t updated your address, the label will be printed with your previous address and it can’t be updated on my side of things. If you contact support personally they may be able to update your address on their end. I apologize for the inconvenience.
