Wear with or without belt. Look exactly the same with belt off. Shaft starts at 70cm and goes up to 80cm shaft. Please note the width is a little bigger. If your legs are small, they will fit baggy. They do stretch to fit all sizes. Comes with belt. You can also add garter belt for $20. Please see garter belt in last picture
